We can’t say enough about how much we loved our time spent with Steph from Hair and Makeup by Steph (seriously, look her up on instagram!). We traveled as a team to Ogden, UT – just south of Salt Lake City. The little city was beautiful and surrounded by mountains so our Kansas City hearts were happy!
Our private class taught by Steph was super informative and so much more than just hair. But, THE HAIR. If you’ve been on Pinterest or instagram at all in the last couple years, chances are you’ve at least seen her creations. And if we’re being completely honest, you’ve most likely pinned them to your hair inspiration board. We see these styles from brides, bridesmaids and moms at least once a week so we knew that a one-on-one to learn her secrets was a top priority for our education goals this year.
The time we spent with her was so much fun. We had a few demos and then a hands-on portion. While we worked on models, we were able to put some of her tips in to practice and get feedback on our work.
Thankful doesn’t even begin to cover how we feel to have had this opportunity and experience with Steph. We love seeing all her new creations and watching her thrive in both wedding hair and makeup and her successful education business.
